Payments
We hold rights to procure a portion of the full refund you make as an advance payment as that is necessary for the booking confirmation. While the balance amount can be paid after you arrive at Ranthambore Forest, however when you precede departure from the concerned country, you must make full payment before we commence our services for you. We hold the authorization for fixing an amount that you need to spend as an advance payment and the full payment time. In particular cases, like the holidays, Christmas or New Year, when it is the peak season basically, we may request for total payments during the booking time

Payment mode
Overseas payment in advance can be made through mail authorization via Master card/v an acceptable visa card or bank transfers. After you arrive at the Ranthambore forest, you can make payments via master card/Visa, currency notes/traveler's check. We accept the American Express card of credit, and that is permissible. There are charges of the bank applicable on the full amount which applies to the total amount in case you are making payments through the Credit card.

Cancellation policy concerning early departure/no show
We request our clients to let us know in writing if they have a change of plan at the last minute and they want to cancel the booking because of evitable/inevitable circumstances. Customers are subject to pay charges of cancellation, and that will be estimated as per the following norms.

  • Thirty days before arrival-zero percent of the cost of the tour
  • Fifteen days to twenty-nine days before arrival- thirty percent of the value of the trip
  • Seven to fourteen days before arrival- forty percent of the cost of the tour
  • Two days to six days before arrival-fifty percent of the cost of the tour
  • No show or less than two days-NO REFUND

However, the norms mentioned above are not applicable during the peak season. For any of the festive seasons or the vacations when cancellations can be pricey for the hotel, the hotel will levy different norms of cancellation. In case you cancel the trip after it commences, the refund amount shall be dependent on the recovered amount from patronized hoteliers. We do not take any responsibility for unused reserved transportation, missed meals, and hotel accommodation. Ranthambore's operator of tour reserves all rights to revise or own authority for ending or changing any offer at any given time. We may, however, arrange a similar category hotel for alternate accommodation in case the mentioned hotel is unavailable.

Refund
The refund amount is dependent upon the policy of cancellation at the booking time. You must note that the process of return can take anywhere close to two to four weeks because of banking procedures. Charges of the bank shall be debited from the refund amount in case a refund is made to the account of the bank or credit card.

Limitations and our liabilities
We adhere to follow the rules and levy hikes in the fees of the entrance of museum/monument, entry fee to the National Park, guide, fuel cost and cost of the tour package as per the Indian government's orders. All itineraries at our end are basic tour schedule's layout that is subject to change for a tourist's well-being, the situation of the road, and weather change. In comfort, the safety of health interest of a visitor or tourist, we can make changes in the itineraries. We send plans to all our clients during the prime step of trip planning. Our prices often vary upon the negotiated rates with airlines and hotels. You must know that Airlines and the hotel have full rights to revise their prices without prior notice or information. In such a case, we are also bound to make rate modifications that we may have quoted before. All the hotel bookings are based on the regular checkout and check-in times, unless or until stated in the travel itinerary.

We are in no way responsible for a change in schedule or program because of political closure, landslide, sickness, weather, breaking down of any equipment or machinery; mishap, flight cancellation, natural calamity, and natural hazards. Our teams are not responsible for any loss as well as injury to his/her property, a person, arising because of fires, transport collapse, civil disturbances, wars, riots, pilferages, thefts, and strikes; disease outbreak, defaults, and any other reason.

We don't provide the facility of insurance coverage against accidents, loss caused due to theft, accidents, and sicknesses. All personal property and luggage of the customers are at their own risk.
